Mr. Dillee focuses primarily on leasing, acquisition and dispositions of manufacturing facilities, warehouses and land, as well as tenant representation for industrial clients in the Houston area. Mr. Dillee has experience in the many different areas of commercial real estate from lease negotiation to asset development and disposition and has completed over 100 transactions valued at over $40 million. Mr. Dillee’s educational and professional background have provided him the skill set to consistently bring measurable value to his clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Dillee was a Vice President at AVERA Capital Partners in Houston focusing on development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties primarily in Southwest and Northwest Houston. Before joining AVERA, Mr. Dillee earned a Masters of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Dillee worked as a consultant for Towers Perrin in the Executive Compensation practice.
