Jason Alexander joined Colliers International in 2004. In his first five years with Colliers International, he has completed over 200 sale and lease transactions on over 681,000 square feet of space. Jason has achieved Top Performer status in years 2006, 2007 and 2009 and is a member of the most successful office property team in Bakersfield / Kern County.

As a Bakersfield native, Jason has extensive knowledge of the city which has helped significantly strengthen his knowledge of the Bakersfield office market.

Jason continues to forward his education in the commercial real estate industry. He has completed CCIM Classes 101 and 102, SIOR Class 200, and continues to strive for his CCIM and SIOR designations.
