As the groups’ investment analyst, Mr. Wellschlager’s responsibilities include the marketing, financial analysis and execution of equity and debt transactions for Colliers Internationals’ Investment Services Group, serving Maryland and North Carolina. Prior to joining the Investment Services Group, he was an office leasing specialist, representing institutional clients throughout the northern Baltimore-Washington Corridor as a member of the Colliers Pinkard Office Solutions Group. As an office specialist in 2004 and 2005, both individually and as a team member on several key corporate services and project marketing accounts, he completed approximately 76 lease and sales transactions locally and nationally with a cumulative transaction value of over $45 million. Since transferring from leasing brokerage, Mr. Wellschlager has underwritten with Argus and marketed, together with team leaders Phil Iglehart and Denny Malone, over $750 million of investment properties, including the following properties:
