Mr. Wellschlager’s responsibilities include the marketing, financial analysis and execution of equity and debt transactions for Colliers Internationals’ Investment Services Group, serving Maryland and North Carolina. Prior to joining the Investment Services Group, he was an office leasing specialist, representing institutional clients throughout the northern Baltimore-Washington Corridor as a member of the Colliers Pinkard Office Solutions Group. Since transferring from leasing brokerage, Mr. Wellschlager has marketed, together with team members Phil Iglehart, Denny Malone, and Jon Carpenter over $1 billion of investment properties, including the following properties:
