Jim joined Colliers in 1983 in a career change. He brings over 20 years of real estate experience. Originally trained as an Industrial Associate, Jim’s diverse background and gaining Fortune 500 clientele led him to providing a full array of services and subsequently specializing in Corporate Services. Jim's practice is delivering corporate solutions to both profit and non-profit corporations.

Achievements
Jim has been recognized by Colliers International in 1999 for his significant corporate work in the Eastern region. He was also responsible while the chairman of the Tri-State Education Committee for implementing real estate certification programs for brokers, bankers and advisors at the university level.
Jim's professional involvements include: Colliers Manager for Colliers L&A, member of the President’s Circle of Advisors, former Chairman of the Colliers International Managers Steering Committee and former member of Colliers International Board of Directors. Jim is currently a member of Colliers International's firm evaluation committee, which evaluates regional offices throughout the USA.
