Jim joined Colliers in 1983 in a career change. He brings over 25 years of real estate experience. Originally trained as an Industrial Associate, Jim’s diverse background and focus on Fortune 500 Corporations led him to providing a full array of services and subsequently specializing in Corporate Solutions. Jim’s practice is delivering corporate solutions to both profit and non-profit corporations.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Jim has been recognized by Colliers International for his significant corporate work in the Eastern region. While the chairman of the Tri-State Education Committee, he was responsible for implementing real estate certification programs for brokers, bankers and advisors at the university level.

Jim’s professional involvements include his role as Colliers Manager wherein he functioned as liaison between the local Colliers office and all global Colliers International offices, member of the President’s Circle of Advisors, former Chairman of the Colliers International Managers Steering Committee and former member of the Colliers International Board of Directors. Jim is currently a member of Colliers International’s firm evaluation
