Mr. McMasters also consults on shopping center design and marketing strategies and is and Advisor to the ICSC Northern California program committee.BackgroundPrior to joining Colliers International, Mr. McMasters served as Bay Area Retail Director for Grubb and Ellis Company. Prior to that he was President and Director of Corporate and Business Development with TRI Commercial/ONCOR International from 1990 to 1995. From 1977 to 1990, he served as President and CEO of McMasters and Westland Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Since starting his real estate career in 1972, Mr. McMasters has leased, sold, built, managed and owned shopping centers throughout Northern California. With 35 years experience as a top agent and spokesman for the retail real estate industry, this veteran broker brings skill and unique insight to problem solving and advocacy with special focus on team building.
