Jack joined Colliers Tingey International in 1992, and has been specializing in retail properties since.  Prior to joining the firm Jack was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, beginning his commercial real estate career in 1984.  Jack has handled development, leasing and sales for most major retail companies located in the Central California, including some of the largest shopping center projects on record for this region.  Jack is also co-owner of the Rubio’s Fresh Mexican grill franchise for the greater central valley and central coast.
