Hunter Blanks is Executive Vice President
of the office division for the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International specializing in Office Tenant
Representation with an emphasis in the legal and corporate industries. He has
over 25 years experience in corporate services, including employee training,
leasing, and technical consulting. He has lent his expertise to national
clients in 31 cities and international clients in seven countries. Hunter has completed over 200 transactions totaling 5
million square feet, including over 2.5 million square feet representing
law firms.

Prior
Experience
Prior to joining Colliers International, Hunter held
the position of Senior Vice President of Office Brokerage Services at CB
Richard Ellis from 1997 to 2007. Before
his association with CB, Hunter worked at The Fults Companies for 16 years
where he ultimately became a Principal and Executive Vice President. While at Fults, he successfully negotiated
over 140 transactions equating to 4 million square feet of office space.
Earlier in his career, Hunter was in sales and management with Xerox where he
has worked with some of the largest corporations in the country.
