Hunter Blanks is an executive vice president in the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Colliers International specializing in office tenant representation with an emphasis in the legal and corporate industries. Hunter has over 28 years experience in corporate services, including employee training, leasing, and technical consulting. He has lent his expertise to clients in 31 U.S. cities and seven countries. Hunter has completed over 300 transactions totaling seven million square feet. Prior to joining Colliers International, Hunter was a senior vice president of office brokerage services at CB Richard Ellis from 1997 to 2007. Before his association with CB, Hunter worked at The Fults Companies for 16 years, where he ultimately became a principal and executive vice president. While at Fults, he successfully negotiated over 140 transactions equating to four million square feet of office space. Early in his career, Hunter was in sales and management with Xerox, working with some of the largest corporations in the country.
