DK: Jeg har været ansat som sagsbehandler/mæglersekretær i virksomheden siden december 2001.
Jeg arbejder hovedsagelig med sager inden for salg af investeringsejendomme og vurderingsopgaver, men har også opgaver med salg af lager- og logistikejendomme, kontorejendomme samt diverse udlejningsopgaver.

I samarbejde med mæglerne udfærdiger jeg diverse dokumenter, herunder salgs- og lejeoplæg, salgs- og lejeprospekter, købsaftaler, lejekontrakter, vurderingsrapporter mv. samt diverse korrespondance.

Derudover indhenter jeg diverse ejendomsoplysninger, har kontakt til kunderne, bestiller skilte/bannere og udfører ad hoc-sekretæropgaver.

 

UK: Since December 2001 I have worked at Colliers as a case coordinator/secretary. I am primarily working with sale of investment properties and valuations, but also with sale of industrial, logistics and office properties as well as lease agreements.
Together with the agents I prepare various documents, including sales and lease proposals, sales and lease prospectuses, contracts of sale, lease agreements, valuation reports, etc. and various correspondence.

In addition, I obtain miscellaneous property information, have contact with clients, order signs/banners and perform ad hoc secretarial tasks.

Resultater

DK: Jeg servicerer mine mæglere,  idet jeg forsøger at være med til at gøre hverdagen lettere og sjovere for dem.
