The Atlanta Office Investment Sales team also has a partnership (Colliers | John Dixon Commercial Auction Services) to address the expeditious liquidation of excess real estate and notes.

Mr. Swann has over 25 years of experience in selling, acquiring, lending and portfolio management, spanning the major property sectors on both the principal and brokerage sides of the business. He has been involved in over $2.5 Billion of transactions. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Swann worked at the following organizations:
