Our history
Colliers’ offices in the Greater Hartford region began over 70 years ago in the late 1940s. We have expanded the number of offices and our services through the years to meet the needs of our clients.
Our Project Management Group works as an extension of your staff, providing strategic guidance and hands-on management support during the planning, design, construction, commissioning and occupancy phases of capital projects. Our multi-disciplined team of professionals has the experience to develop and implement strategies to achieve your cost, schedule and quality goals and we anticipate problems before they become obstacles, ensuring your project is executed to the highest standards.
Our brokerage and property management teams have extensive experience in all property types, with most of our brokers having over 20 years of experience. We have been involved in many of the significant transactions and projects in the region.
Knowledge Corridor
The Knowledge Corridor includes the Hartford, CT; Springfield, MA and New Haven, CT metro areas. It is centered on seven counties, linked by a shared economy, history and culture and by features including Bradley International Airport, rail lines, Interstate 91 and the Connecticut River.
