With over twenty five years in commercial and industrial real estate, Mr. Kidder has assumed many “hats” in the real estate field; as a banker he was tasked to liquidate a $400 million commercial real estate loan portfolio; as a developer, he assumed the responsibility to oversee the construction of infrastructure (roads, utilities, parks, etc.) for a 1,000-acre mixed-use development, while maintaining an annual capital budget for infrastructure construction of over $3,000,000.00 per year; as a broker, he has assisted large and small users in liquidating, acquiring, leasing and selling all types and sizes of office, retail, industrial, land and residential real estate.

Since joining Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Mr. Kidder has been selected by A & B Properties, Inc. as their exclusive sales agent for their forty-acre industrial development project, “Mill Town Center”. He has also been selected by Pacific Light Net, Inc. as their exclusive agent in Hawaii and assisted Pacific Light Net in locating Telecom sites (Fiber Optic Cable Landing sites) on six islands. Additionally, Mr. Kidder was one of the lead agents in the successful listing and sale of the 1084 acre Luana Hills Golf Course. Upon conclusion of this transaction, Mr. Kidder and two others created Colliers Golf, a small group of brokers specializing in the marketing of golf course properties around the world. In 1997, Mr. Kidder listed and sold over 5,000 acres of potential development land on the “Big Island” for AMFAC/JMB Hawaii, Inc.
During his career with Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Mr. Kidder earned the Industrial Services Group’s Outstanding Performance Award in 1998 and 2000.
