PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Greg Eisenman is an Associate with the Colliers Spectrum Cauble Retail Services Group whose area of expertise includes retail tenant representation, land & outparcel brokerage and retail tenant disposition. With his partners, Alex Deitch & Chris Routledge, Mr. Eisenman is a part of a hard-working team of professionals which works tirelessly to meet and exceed their clients’ real estate needs and expectations. They are able to do this through extensive market knowledge accumulated through experience, research and analysis in representing both Landlords and Tenants in their real estate needs.
Mr. Eisenman takes a hands-on approach in representing retail tenants of a large variety which include Fortune 500 companies as well as thriving local, regional, and other national tenants. With experience in site selection as well as Landlord Representation, Mr. Eisenman, along with Messrs. Deitch and Routledge, specialize in all types of transactions including, but not limited to, shopping center leasing, outparcel ground lease and sales, and build-to-suit transactions.
Mr. Eisenman holds a real estate salesperson’s license in Georgia.
