Greg Cizik has been involved in the construction, development, financing and brokerage of commercial real estate for over twenty-five years. Greg joined Colliers in 1997 and is a principal in the firm. He specializes in leasing (tenant representation), income property sales and structured financing. Prior to joining Colliers, Greg was Vice President of Development for the Koll Company, a publicly traded real estate company located in Newport Beach, California. The Koll Company’s multi-billion dollar portfolio encompassed a broad range of real estate projects throughout the US and Mexico. In his position, Greg was responsible for the development and management of several major commercial, residential and golf course projects in southern California. In Houston, during the 1980’s, Greg was the owner of G.C. Interests, Inc, a residential and commercial construction company.
