Glenn joined Colliers in 1987. Over the last 5 years Glenn has been assisting food and beverage companies with their corporate real estate. Specialized real estate services for food companies includes sales, leasing and design build of food processing and beverage plants (HACCP and CFIA, Certified Organic and Kosher) and temperature controlled distribution centres. Recognizing the food and beverage industry was unserviced by an expert in corporate real estate, Glenn and Stewart Metcalfe started a specialized division within Colliers, the Food Facilities Group. In the past five years they have created a North American wide group of food facility teams in 14 major markets across North America.
