Gina Anderson is in the Investment Division of the Colliers Turley Martin Tucker Kansas City office. Gina has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining Colliers, Gina worked for Copaken White & Blitt as the General Manager of Corporate Woods® Office Park. Gina was a value-added team member working closely with ING Clarion Partners, LLC and DTZ Rockwood to provide analytical assistance and due diligence expertise on the 2.2 million square foot, 21-building office complex that sold in December 2006. Prior to her assignment at Corporate Woods®, Gina was Development Project Manager at Copaken working on the construction financing (including TIF funds) of Plaza Colonnade, the refinancing of two other projects, and multiple property dispositions.
Gina started her career as an analyst at Aetna Realty Advisors, Inc. and Travelers Realty Investment Company. At Aetna, she supported Asset Management, Acquisitions and Development officers on such projects as the development of Oracle’s world headquarters in Redwood City, California, and the repositioning of Powell Street Plaza in Emeryville, California. While at Travelers, Gina worked exclusively on dispositions, as a key team member preparing property valuations, investment sales packages and due diligence materials. She helped close over $100 million in sales on properties located in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, the Rocky Mountain States and Arizona.
Gina moved back to the Kansas Cityarea in 1995 and shortly thereafter joined the JC Nichols Company as Assistant Vice President. Gina’s direct analytical involvement with Morgan Stanley and the Nichols’ senior management team lead to a $50 million increase in asset value before consummating their $544 million strategic alliance with Highwoods Properties, Inc.
