Prior to joining Colliers Tingey International in 1988, Mr. Cross was Executive Vice President of Cross Construction, Inc. Prior to that, he owned and operated a Men’s Specialty Retail Clothing Chain for fourteen years. His vast experience in the retail and construction sector affords his clients particular expertise in the Commercial Real Estate Arena.  Gerald became an owner/partner in CTI in 1997.
