George Quinn has utilized his background in finance and commercial property brokerage to represent the interests of corporate clients and their real estate needs in Silicon Valley. As George's clients range from the venture capital funded to the publicly traded, he has developed a sensitivity to the differing issues faced by start-up companies and their equity partners compared to those of public corporations and their directors and shareholders. Since 1998, he has brokered or co-brokered 200 lease transactions totaling 2.1 million square feet. Colliers Investment Services Group:George developed an extensive knowledge of the investment sale market during his tenure with the Colliers Investment Services Group. As a member of this team, George handled the underwriting of investment offerings, performed financial analysis and managed the due diligence process for large portfolio sales in the Silicon Valley. He contributed to investment activity valued in excess of $330 million and 2.2 million square feet during his stay. Personal:George enjoys golf, playing on the Colliers softball team and skydiving in his free time.
