Gene Woods has represented both, individual and corporate clients, in the industrial real estate business since 1971; and his breadth of experience encompasses the representation of large corporations as well as local property owners and tenants. In addition, Gene has extensive experience in landlord representation for institutional type industrial real estate investors owning industrial properties in the Memphis area.Gene joined Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc. in 1971 as a salesman for the company. Prior to that time, he had worked for three years for First National Bank of Memphis (now First Tennessee Bank) following his college years at Centenary College of Louisiana and Washington University in St. Louis. In 1981, Gene, along with Bayard Snowden, became principals of Wilkinson & Snowden, joining existing principals, Bob Snowden and Dan Wilkinson. Gene became president of the company in 2007 following four years of having served as executive vice president of the company. Gene currently holds brokers licenses in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.
