Gary assisted with the site selection of the new North Memorial hospital in Maple Grove, which opened in 2009. He was instrumental in the selection of the 190-acre site, first positioning the hospital site, and then developing the surrounding retail, office and service space around the hospital. He saw the entire project through, from start to completion.
 
Gary continues to work with investors, single tenant users, building and land buyers and sellers to complete their real estate needs. He understands the importance of good communication and confidentiality throughout the real estate process.
