Company Experience

Garrett joined Colliers Arnold in January of 2005 as member of the firm’s Retail Services Group.  He provides best in class Tenant representation services to Colliers corporate retail clients and is on a team that delivers superior leasing and management support for over 2 million sf of Institutional Grade Shopping centers. He is also a trusted real estate advisor and local expert for industry leading retail developers.   Garrett maintains a close working relationship with Colliers Investment Services and Colliers Valuation to provide outstanding overall service to clients throughout the whole life cycle of the real estate asset.

Professional Accomplishments

Prior to Joining Colliers Arnold, Garrett worked for a retail developer and had great success in leasing upscale lifestyle centers and value added projects in a portfolio of approximately 900,000 square feet.  He implemented the national marketing program for the retail leasing department and developed key relationships with a variety of national retailers and major retail owners.  Since 2005 he has produced over $75 million in closed transactions. 

Education/Training

Garrett graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and in Real Estate (3.9 GPA in both majors).  He was awarded the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship and was also the FSU Real Estate Department Graduate of the Year in 2003.

Garrett is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the ICSC Government Relations Committee, Florida State University Real Estate Society, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
