Since joining Colliers L&A in 1986, Frank has participated in the growth and transition of the Property Management Division. The division’s direction has changed from principally an industrial management firm to a more balanced and diverse organization divided between industrial, office, medical office and strip shopping centers. In addition to providing property management, the division has expanded into a full range of construction management services from tenant fit-out, construction of new facilities and the management of environmental remediation projects. This growth has also come with the expansion of its client base, servicing some the nation’s largest asset and banking institutions.
