AREA OF EXPERTISE
Frank joined Colliers in 1986 following successful periods managing the Warwick Hotel and the University of the Arts in
Philadelphia.

Frank played a vital role in expanding and transitioning the fi rm’s Property Management division to accommodate the firm’s growth, managing large portfolios consisting of approximately five million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Under his direction, the Property Management Division now off ers a full range of construction management services, including tenant fit-out, construction of new facilities and management of environmental remediation projects. Most recently, Frank has transitioned his diverse experience into serving Non-Profit companies.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Frank has previously served as Director of Facilities at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and as the chief building engineer for the Warwick Hotel in Philadelphia.
