Mr. Andrews, a Senior Vice President and Principal of Colliers Pinkard, is responsible for the leasing and sales of properties in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. During his 25 years with Colliers Pinkard, Mr. Andrews has negotiated over 350 transactions, representing an aggregate value in excess of $250 million and over about 3 million square feet of space.
Mr. Andrews has represented several major institutional owners and developers including:
- Abrams Development Group - in the leasing of Westridge Corporate Center, Crestpointe Corporate Center, Snowden Commons, Albert Einstein Drive, Lee Deforest Drive and Eastridge totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet of new office space in Columbia, Maryland. To date, the portfolio is approximately 90% leased.
- Corporate Office Properties Trust
Corporate Office Properties Trust - Mr. Andrews is assisting in the leasing of:
- 5520 Research Park Drive, located on UMBC's campus. The new building is approximately 110,000 square feet.
- Emory Hill – involved in the leasing of 10010 Junction Drive and 7250 Parkway Drive.
- Himmelrich Associates - in the leasing of Montgomery Park, a 1,300,000-square-foot office conversion in Baltimore City.
Mr. Andrews has also been responsible for the project marketing of several buildings in Baltimore City including:
- Redwood Tower
- Inner Harbor Center
- The Sun Life Building
- 117 Water Street
- 121 Water Street
- 32 South Street
- 100 East Pratt Street.
Mr. Andrews has represented a variety of tenants in their search for office space including:
- Crestar Bank - in their corporate relocation in Baltimore City
- The Baltimore Ravens
- AAA Mid-Atlantic in their headquarters relocation
- Adams Sandler, a division of Shandwick International
- CIGNA
- Durham Life Insurance
- Carrollton Bank of Baltimore
- e.magination
- Total Health Care – purchase of 34,000-square-foot building and additional sites for clinics
- Mercy Hospital
- Clearwire Communications
- Hydro Aluminum
He was successful in the tenant representation of several non-profit groups such as:
- The Sexual Assault Recovery Center
- The League of American Wheelmen
- The Pressley Ridge Schools
- The Chase Brexton Clinic – purchase of 20,000-square-foot building
Mr. Andrews has been involved in several civic organizations including a Coordinator of Colliers Pinkard’s business partnership with City Springs Elementary School, was on the Board of PACT, past President and Treasurer of the Roland Run Club, a member of the executive Committee for Corporate Volunteer Council, a member of the St. Paul’s School for Girls Parents Association, a member of the Fundraising Committee for the Boy’s Latin Alumni Association, and Treasurer for the May’s Chapel Homeowners Association.
