Francis became a Principal of Colliers International in 2007. He has been a real estate professional specializing in office leasing since 1988. He, along with partner Steve Kling, has completed over 1,500 real estate transactions for a total value in excess of $250 million. His experience includes representing entrepreneurial owner-developers such as Hines, Fulcrum Asset Advisors and BPG Properties, Ltd. to the publicly traded Simon Property Group's REIT and the institutional ownership of Colony Realty Trust, AEW, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Principal Financial, Prudential, RREEF, GE Capital and UBS.

Francis concentrates on forming long-term relationships based on his market knowledge and expertise. Francis works in conjunction with his clients in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. His ultimate goal is to maximize the value of the asset and service the client.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2003, Francis spent 10 years employed with Grubb & Ellis Company and 6 years working with owner-developer William A. Rogers, Inc., gaining experience and market knowledge representing both landlords and tenants.
