Forrest has been a part of the Colliers International Central Florida team since 2004. After successfully contributing to the Research Team, he began working as an Industrial Specialist in 2005 and teamed up with Deborah Mickler, Director of Industrial Services in 2008 servicing Tenants, Landlords and Owner-Users in the greater Central Florida area. Through his financial background, analytical and interpersonal skills, Forrest has been an asset to Team Mickler-Askew in assisting clients to reach and exceed their real estate goals.

Through applying his skills and market expertise, Forrest specializes in handling lease negotiations and site/building selections for Tenants & Landlords as well as corporate dispositions for Owner-Users. Additionally, by leveraging the team's experience and local knowledge, he has been able to assist industrial developers and investors with increasing the value of their real estate assets. Since joining Collier International, Forrest has been able to specialize in many facets of industrial transactions from land development to landlord/tenant representation, as well as seller/buyer projects, throughout the Central Florida area. He also concentrates on these areas in the office market area.

In 2007, along with two other industrial team members, Forrest brokered 46 deals with a total transactions value over $45.5 million.
