Fiona Ngan leads the Office Services business line and oversees both the business management and strategic development of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon office leasing teams. Fiona is leading over 40 professionals to bring up the Office Services business line to a market leading position. 

Fiona has 23 years experience in office market and she joined the industry upon obtaining her master degree in the United Kingdom back in 1993; In 2008, she established the Colliers Kowloon Team and has been leading the team in making numerous remarkable achievements since then. 

Fiona specialises in project leasing and the provision of a board range of client services, and possesses extensive skill sets in business development, real estate strategic solutions, professional and consultancy services.

Accomplishments

Under Fiona's lead, Kowloon Office Services Team’s headcount has grown from 9 in 2008 to 23 currently, which is deemed to be the largest office services team amongst the Kowloon market.

The team's annual revenue boosted from 12 million in 2008 to 42.5 million in 2015, and had a decent market share of over 40% amongst tenant representation projects of over 10,000 sq.ft. G in Kowloon despite the fierce market competition.

One Peking (a total of over 160,000 sq.ft. G) entirely leased within 6 months upon receiving its occupation permit in 2003 during the outbreak of SARS.

One Kowloon (a total of over 700,000 sq.ft. G) entirely leased within 9 months from building completion – which took 50% less time than the Landlord expected back in 2006.
