Faye is experienced and knowledgeable in attracting, negotiating, and successfully leasing to new tenants, counting Equity Office Properties, the largest Class A REIT in the United States, AEW, Berwind, and CNA Insurance among her list of owners. Her assignments comprise more than one million square feet of property.
In addition, having worked with all types of suburban and downtown properties, Faye has a broad base of knowledge in the area of tenant representation. She has been retained by clients of all sizes and types, from Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial start up firms, local and national owners and investors, representing The Ohio State University, Univenture, Turner Construction Company, and Opera Columbus. Having worked extensively with both Landlords and Tenants, Faye is thoroughly familiar with market deals, competitive rates and concessions, from which she consistently structures “win-win” transactions for her clients.
