Ernie joined Charles Tingey Associates (predecessor to Colliers Tingey International) in January of 1978 as a sales associate specializing in the leasing & sale of office properties and branch site acquisition/disposition for banks and savings & loans.  After 8 years of developing a strong base of knowledge and expertise, as well as quality client relationships, he moved into the investment properties arena in 1986.  During the last 21 years Ernie has specialized in providing the highest quality service to principals in the acquisition & disposition of investment properties throughout central California. He has represented developers, REIT’s, insurance companies, pension funds, family trusts, investment partnerships, high net worth individuals in their acquisitions and dispositions as well as financial institutions and insurance companies in OREO dispositions. During his career Ernie has been responsible for real estate transactions totaling more than $640 million. Ernie became a shareholder in the company in 1988 and served as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for Colliers Tingey International.
