Ms. Plumer is Senior Vice President of Asset Services and has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Ms. Plumer specializes in portfolio oversight and management, including strategic planning, budgeting, proforma analysis, lease administration, capital and tenant improvement oversight and implementation and disposition analysis and oversight, for a variety of clients and product type.  Ms. Plumer’s experience includes the oversight of assets in excess of 15 million square feet and $1.5 billion dollars in value.
