Erik started his commercial real estate career in 2004 and joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in 2005 to partner with Mark Sonnenberg, Director of Industrial Sales and Leasing. Mark & Erik's success as partners led to the creation of Team Sonnenberg, a four-person team responsible for 2.3 million square feet of Industrial and Investment transactions in 2007. Erik currently manages the Tenant Representation Division of the team. He has skillfully executed lease and purchase transactions for local and national clients including national corporate services clients Bunzl Distribution USA and CertiFit Auto Body Parts.
Erik has been recognized among Colliers Turley Martin Tucker's top associates and earned the company's Rising Star Award in 2007.
