Eric Lastition joined Colliers International in October 1990.  Eric is a Principal at Colliers and heads the office division in the Westside/El Segundo offices.  Initially specializing in office leasing and sales, Eric has a long and successful history with the landlords and tenants throughout the South Bay market.  Throughout his career, Eric has gathered invaluable expertise in every area of the real estate experience including development consultation, sales strategy and corporate service account management.  Office, retail, industrial and investment sales have proven to be Eric’s major focus over the last five years.  This, coupled with his extensive tenant representation, have made him the top office broker in the Los Angeles region of Colliers International.  Eric’s primary focus is within the South Bay sub-markets of the Beach Cities, El Segundo, Torrance, Long Beach, Playa Del Rey, Venice and the LAX Airport, but has extensive knowledge of markets as far south as Orange County and north to Santa Monica.
