Eric Batiza is dedicated to providing high-quality service to his clients. In his role as a Vice President in Industrial Leasing and Sales, Eric’s primary focus is to lease and sell industrial property throughout the Twin Cities.
Eric actively markets industrial property and provides tenant representation services to clients of all types and sizes. For the properties he represents, Eric aggressively seeks out prospective tenants, drawing on his network of industry contacts and proven marketing formula. In 2003, Eric’s team took over the leasing assignment for the MSP Midway Industrial Park, a 1.9 million-square foot industrial porftolio owned by Clarion Partners. At the time, the portfolio was 66% occupied. It is now over 95% occupied and has been since early 2007.
Eric focuses his efforts primarily on Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the north central suburbs of the Twin Cities. He conducts in-depth market analysis and site searches to assist clients in locating the best equipped, most affordable real estate solutions.
