(NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI), a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced it has acquired significant industrial and logistics site selection and location capability through a purchase from The Walker Companies. The new solution includes specialty site selection and incentive negotiation technology fully integrated with proprietary project and construction management expertise. Branded as “Colliers Indsite,” this new solution will be available exclusively to Colliers clients in the US.

The investment comes as Colliers looks to take its supply chain and logistics practice to the next level, adding nationally recognized logistics executive Gregg Healy and others to provide consulting services in the areas of distribution network analysis, location, site selection and facility design.
