Commitment to Community

Colliers takes an active role to give back to the Dallas-Fort Worth community by partnering with a charity that addresses the needs of its citizens. For the past three years, we have partnered with Vogel Alcove. The mission of Vogel Alcove is to provide the youngest children of homeless families with a developmental foundation to succeed. Colliers supports this mission in a variety of ways, including donating much needed supplies, participating in activities with the children, and designing events that bring awareness and raise funds for the organization.

From all of us at Colliers, thank you for making our 4th Annual TopGolf Charity Event a huge success! Because of the unparalleled support from our sponsors and colleagues, we raised $60,000 for Vogel Alcove.

The $60,000 raised by Colliers International helps to write a different ending for up to 200 homeless children and families served daily by Vogel Alcove.   The funding greatly impacts Vogel Alcove’s Breaking the Cycle of Poverty Campaign, which supports their comprehensive programs and services, including:

  • Therapeutic Early Childhood Education / Development Services
  • Brain-Based Developmental Services
  • Health and Nutritional Services
  • Social / Emotional Program
  • Enrichment / School Age Camp Programs
  • Family Opportunity Center / Family Support / Educational & Employment Services

The funding is used to help children become kindergarten ready, on track developmentally, happy, healthy, and resilient.   The funding also helps families on their journey to adequate housing, employment, self-sufficiency, and a foundation of stable relationships, breaking the cycle of poverty!

We hope you had as much fun as we did! Congrats again to our Closest-to-the-Pin winners, Don Powell, Tyler Lehmann, and Irene Coe. Check out more photos from our event on our facebook page.

Thank you again for your generosity and support!
