Colliers International represented Coastal Carolina National Bank in the occupancy of 416 E. North Street in Greenville, SC

Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented Coastal Carolina National Bank (CCNB) in the lease of 3,760 square feet of office space at 416 E. North Street in Greenville, SC. CCNB will occupy the entire first floor of the building as soon as improvements are completed. The new branch location also offers a drive-thru.

CCNB, based in Myrtle Beach, already has six full-service locations across the state of South Carolina. The new full-service Greenville office, currently a loan production office, will serve as the seventh location for the Bank, the first in the Upstate.

Anderson and Allen are both members of the Colliers office brokerage team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.
