Charleston, SC – Colliers International has promoted Carla Alvarado to Office Manager for its office in Charleston. In this new role, she will oversee the administrative aspect of Colliers’ operations and her responsibilities involve coordination with the all of the company’s service lines which include brokerage, property management and project management as well as support services such as accounting, IT and human resources. She also provides administrative and marketing support to the Brokerage Associates in Charleston.
Alvarado joined Colliers International | South Carolina in 2016, bringing with her over 15 years of administrative experience in the commercial real estate industry. She previously worked in the Colliers’ office in Carlsbad, California and received repeated commendations for her excellent work.
