  • Hagood S. Morrison, Daniel Pellegrino and Seth Clark represented Lat Purser & Associates in the purchase of 350 W. Coleman Boulevard in Mt. Pleasant for $2.075 million.
  • John Beam and Mike Palmer represented Winston Holdings in the purchase of 62 Columbus Street for $740,000 from Akim & Constance Anastopoulo.
  • Peter Fennelly, MCR, SIOR, SLCR; Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR; Simons Johnson, SIOR, MCR, CCIM; Hagood S. Morrison; Tim Raber and Will Crowell represented WestRock in the sale of Spring Grove, a 933-acre parcel off Highway 17 in Ravenel, SC, for $2,671,110 to Wiley Fork Legacy.

Columbia, SC

  • Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in the lease of 250 Berryhill Road, Suite 224 to the Central Midlands Council of Governments.
  • Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented Stansfield Properties in the sale of 536 Meeting Street in West Columbia to Rabbit Realty for $354,000.
  • J.P. Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented Bikram Yoga Columbia in the lease of 4717 Forest Drive, Suite 1.

Greenville, SC

  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented Coastal Carolina National Bank in the lease of 416 E. North Street, Suite 100 from Team Legal.
  • Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented LICAR in the lease of 3 Research Drive, Suite 110B at CUICAR to FORMEL D.
