Columbia, SC – Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease of office space at 1201 Main Street in Columbia, SC to SAS Institute, a North Carolina-based technology and software firm that is new to the South Carolina market. Attracting this new tenant was Capitol Center’s downtown location, which provided SAS Institute with proximity to amenities and clients.
