Greenville, SC – Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, who have a track record of successfully repositioning office properties with lower occupancies to market norms and above, have been awarded a new leasing assignment: Pelham at Hyland Business Park. This office complex, which is currently 42% occupied, was acquired by Gerber Childrenswear, the largest tenant. Anderson and Allen represented Gerber in the transaction. The multi-building property includes 7001, 7003 and 7005 Pelham Road and 121 Interstate Boulevard.
Gerber Childrenswear recently announced a plan the make significant improvements to the property over the next six months. Assisting with these improvements will be LCK, Colliers Internationals’ affiliate that provides project and construction management services.
“We are thrilled with the improvements that Gerber Childrenswear has already committed to execute at Pelham at Hyland Business Park,” said Anderson, a Brokerage Associate. “Greenville is experiencing increased interest in office space along Interstate 85 due to regional connectivity, accessibility and free, ample parking. When you have a landlord that is committed to making prudent investments in a property and meeting the needs of tenants, it’s very easy to attract high-quality tenants to the property.”
Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen are members of the Colliers office brokerage team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.
