Colliers International assists Clarius Partners, WestRock in sale of land tract at Omni Industrial Campus

Charleston, SC – Clarius Partners, LLC recently completed the purchase of a 100-acre tract of industrial land at Omni Industrial Campus, their third land acquisition at the park since it was placed on the market by WestRock Land and Development. Colliers International provided both buyer representative services for Clarius and landlord representative services to WestRock in the transaction.

The sale greatly expands Clarius’ capabilities for developing speculative industrial properties. Most recently, in the final quarter of 2016, Clarius entered into a partnership with Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, LLC to construct the largest speculative industrial building in the Charleston market, Clarius Building 1, at Omni Industrial Campus.

“Omni Industrial Campus provides the ideal location for our development efforts, especially its near-immediate access to I-26 via two interchanges,” said Kevin D.
