LCK announces new presence in the Upstate; Scott Rush assumes leadership in Greenville

Greenville, SC – LCK is pleased to announce that Scott Rush has assumed the position of Director of Project Management Services in Greenville, SC, providing a permanent presence in the Upstate market for the project management services company.

LCK has offered owner’s representative and project management services for projects across the state for decades, but in recent years, the company has prioritized establishing presences in each of the major metro markets in South Carolina. This began last year, with Brian Davis assuming leadership of project management services in Charleston, SC.

“We have been focused on positive, well-founded growth across the state, especially when that growth allows us to better and more fully meet our clients’ needs,” said Mickey Layden, President of LCK. “Scott has the expertise, unique perspective and client-centric attitude to create a strong foundation for our presence in the rapidly-growing Upstate.”

Rush is a skilled project manager with a background in real estate development as well as experience in commercial office, retail, industrial, residential and civic construction. His portfolio spans across South Carolina, with notable projects including the USC Alumni Center in Columbia and Lexington County’s 120,000-square-foot speculative industrial building. As Director of Project Management Services in Greenville, Rush will be an on-the-ground presence for LCK’s projects throughout the Upstate region.

LCK is a privately held woman-owned business (WOB) jointly owned by majority partner, Mickey Layden, and Colliers International South Carolina. Since 1995, LCK has delivered a project management alternative for development of new facilities and for renovations. LCK’s experience in Office, Retail, Industrial, Municipal/Government, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Educational, Religious/Churches and Special Use projects has proven to be a preferred solution for many owners statewide. Project planning, cost control, schedule compliance and quality management routinely generate cost savings for each of LCK’s clients.
