Columbia, SC – Mickey Layden, President of LCK, and Dale A. Stigamier, CCIM, Managing Principal of Integrity Real Estate Advisors, announced today the merger of the two firms. Stigamier will join LCK as Senior Vice President. The merged organization will continue operating under the LCK brand.
The addition of Stigamier to the LCK team enhances the depth of LCK’s project management and owner’s representative services. At the same time, Integrity’s clients will now have access to LCK’s broad project management platform.

Stigamier possesses a diverse range of experience in commercial real estate development, asset management, property management and market/feasibility consulting. He has been actively involved in the industry since 1998, developing Class “A” office, medical, retail, industrial, mixed-use commercial, master-planned land developments, urban infill projects and public/private partnerships.
