Colliers International facilitates lease of local boutique at SayeBrook Town Center

Myrtle Beach, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard, Jon Selfridge and Danny Bonds completed a lease transaction with L. Mae Boutique | Wild Mabel Clothing Co. for 2,232 square feet of retail space at SayeBrook Town Center in Myrtle Beach. The center is located at the intersection of Highway 544 and Highway 17 Bypass. Pollard, Selfridge and Bonds represented the landlord, The Jackson Companies, in the transaction.

SayeBrook Town Center is the commercial hub of the master planned SayeBrook community. When complete, SayeBrook will include over 1,700 homes, 350,000 square feet of commercial space, professional office spaces, a new 145,000-square-foot middle school and extensive parks and health amenities. The lifestyle center offers the best necessity retail in the southern end of Myrtle Beach, with a traditional Lowcountry village architectural style. Major retailers include Target, Marshalls, Kirkland’s, Petco, Ulta, Rack Room, Massage Envy Burger Fi, Moe’s, AT&T, SubZero Ice Cream, Which Which and many others.

The addition of this boutique adds excellent local flavor and style that complement the major retailers in the center.”

L. Mae Boutique offers modern women’s clothing with a touch of Southern charm. Similarly, sister brand Wild Mabel Clothing Co. is a women’s boutique, but with a boho-chic, beach style. Both shops currently have locations in Pawley’s Island. The boutiques will share the space next to Kirkland’s in the Town Center.
