Columbia, SC – Colliers International South Carolina’s Liz McCary, the company’s Director of Marketing, was named one of 2016’s “Best & Brightest Under 35” in Columbia, an honor recognizing young leaders and innovators in business and the community.

Indeed, McCary has directed and overseen the rapid growth of Colliers’ property marketing capabilities within the last few years, providing strategic guidance and identifying innovation opportunities. In addition to expanding the company’s graphic design capabilities, McCary has spearheaded a significant digital marketing push, including websites, email marketing and digital advertising, that have catapulted Colliers South Carolina into one of the strongest commercial property marketing firms in the Southeast. The result has been national recognition from Colliers offices in the U.S. and beyond, including an award for Best New Business Proposal from Colliers International in the Americas in 2015.
All of her professional accomplishments, however, are complemented by a dedication to her community that sets McCary apart. She is heavily involved in professional organizations Commercial Real Estate Women – Midlands (CREW) and the Society for Marketing Professional Services Palmetto Chapter (SPMS), holding multiple leadership roles in both. She has taken the two organizations’ dedication to future leadership development and applied it to Colliers South Carolina, where she has developed a thriving internship program to mentor students interested in marketing who may not be aware of the commercial real estate industry.
