Myrtle Beach, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Jon Selfridge completed the lease transaction with Famous Toastery for retail space at Forest Square in Myrtle Beach. Pollard and Selfridge represented the landlord in the transaction. Nick Gonzalez and Bed Bloodworth with Linville Team Partners represented Famous Toastery and their local franchisees Tim and Michelle McGinnis.
The 3,885 square-foot space will serve as Famous Toastery’s first location in Myrtle Beach. The breakfast franchise got its start in Huntersville, NC in 2005, starting as a simple breakfast spot. It has since grown rapidly, expanding across North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Famous Toastery was named one of the 6 best franchises in America by CNBA in 2016.The breakfast café has distinguished itself with fresh ingredients and exceptional service.
Forest Square is a master planned retail project situated at the intersection of Hwy 501 and Carolina Forest Boulevard. Its proximity to the Carolina Forest residential area, which is the fastest growing in the Grand Strand, has attracted major retail tenants including Gander Mountain, Publix, Chili’s, Bank of America, Buffalo Wild Wings and Taco Bell.
