Columbia, SC – Colliers International’s JP Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented the buyer, Belser Five, LLC, in the purchase of 1634 Main Street. The buyer intends to renovate the property, which runs from Main Street to Sumter Street and offers a significant amount of parking onsite.
Belser & Belser PA intends to occupy a portion of the 16,500 square foot property, moving into the second floor in late 2016. The remaining second floor space, ground floor and lower level space will be available for lease. Boyer Commercial Construction will be handling the renovation, which will include interior, exterior and on-site improvements, and 1x1 Design will be providing architectural services. First Palmetto Savings Bank is providing the financing. Colliers International is marketing the space and is already in discussions with potential users.
