The notable sales and leasing transactions that the top producing brokerage associates completed in the second quarter included numerous transactions which stood on their own as highlights for the commercial real estate industry in the state. These transactions are a testament to the strength of the state’s economy, a diverse and qualified labor pool, economic development initiatives and the dedication of Colliers’ associates to their clients.
