Columbia, SC – Pendleton Grove of Colliers International has brokered the sale of 11.55 acres of multi-family land in northeast Columbia, South Carolina for $600,000.00.
The land, off Decker Boulevard, was purchased by Douglas Jackson Creek, LLC. The site is in a prime location for multi-family use, as it is close to Condor Arts Magnet School, Dent Middle School and Richland Northeast High School.
Grove is a Senior Brokerage Associate of Colliers. He focuses on the sales of pre-development land and user properties including demographic research, re-zoning, entitlement work and financial analysis for end-users.
