Colliers International continued to experience outstanding velocity in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in South Carolina. For the second quarter of 2014, Givens Stewart, SIOR, of Greenville was the company’s top producer, followed, in order, by Chuck Salley, SIOR, Rox Pollard, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Tripp Bradley, CCIM, all of Columbia.
“Second quarter production was led by the industrial sector in all three major markets. However, the retail and office markets remain strong with excellent prospects for continued growth, and I anticipate this trend to continue well in to 2015,” said John W.
