AgFirst Farm Credit Bank has recently completed significant improvements to Bank of America Plaza located at 1901 Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina.
• Fitness center renovations were recently unveiled revealing a colorful slate of finishes, state-of-the-art exercise equipment and weight stations, along with a wide range of free weights. Locker rooms and showers feature Class A hard tile and granite appointments.
• Adjacent to the first level restaurant, an outdoor dining alternative has been created featuring dining tables, umbrellas and a fountain for tenants to enjoy at lunch and to serve as an event venue.
• An automated payment system has been incorporated at the garage entrance along with painting and security fencing enhancements around the garage perimeter.
The Bank of America Plaza is a 303,156 square foot Class A LEED Gold Certified office tower located in Columbia's central business district. Allen Wilkerson serves as Colliers International’s associate in charge of leasing the Bank of America Plaza, and Shelly Pyle serves as property manager. LCK, LLC provides project management services for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank. Brian Davis was responsible for the coordination of the improvements. Additional projects are expected to be complete by the end of 2014.
