Orthodontic Specialists have been located in the Shoppes of O’Neil Court for nine years. Sellers and Tapp represented the landlord in the transaction.
The Shoppes of O’Neil Court is a 61,536 square foot shopping center located in the northeast submarket of Columbia, South Carolina. Colliers International is responsible for the leasing and property management of the center. Other tenants of the shopping center include the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, Inakaya Restaurant, AT&T Store, ABC Hair Salon Epic Signs and SGI-USA.
